Every time you shop with Christies Direct, whether on the phone or via our website you will receive Paw Points. These points pile up in no time and you can use them to treat yourself or to save some money on salon essentials. Paw Points are redeemable on the phone or on our website.
The number of Paw Points you earn also decided your tier in our Pawsh Perks scheme.
We have 4 tiers Pack Member, Pampered Pooch, Top Dog and Pupstar.
All members of the Christies Direct Pack will earn Paw Points with every purchase and benefit from fantastic points promotions throughout the year.
If you have earned 1000+ points in the last 365 days you will be a Pampered Pooch – you lucky thing! As well as earning Paw points with every order and enjoying points promotions, Pampered Pooches get 5% off every order! You will be granted exclusive 24-hour early access to sales and access to limited edition products! You can enjoy these Pampered Pooch Perks for a full year.
If you have earned 200+ points in the last 365 days you have reached our VIP tier – Top Dog. As well as earning Paw Points with every order, benefiting from point promotions, 24 hour early sales access and access to special limited edition products, our elite Top Dog customers also get a massive 10% off every order! Top Dogs also can select one item from our Pawsh Perks Monthly Free Gifts list, to be included in their order AND are entered into a quarterly prize draw for a fantastic money can’t buy prize!

We haven’t forgotten about groomers in training. If you are a registered student, you can sign up as a Pupstar for 12 months. Pupstars get a taste of the Top Dog life style, enjoying all the Top Dog perks (excluding the quarterly prize draw). Our team are always on hand to answer questions so if you’re a Pupstar and need support in selecting the right products, give our Customer Care Team a call. At the end of your year as a Pupstar, you will be placed in a tier based on the points you’ve earned.
