Over the 30 years which we’ve been in business we have achieved numerous awards for customer service, e-commerce and marketing. We stock one of the widest ranges of grooming products, consistently adding new goods to our collection. We work across the globe shipping to over 80 countries. You can find our products in stores in the UK and as far as New Zealand.
Every order is a priority for Christies. Each order is processed and on its way to you in the shortest time possible thanks to our optimized order process. Each In stock order which is placed before 12PM (Monday to Friday) is aimed to be dispatched that day.
We at Christies recognize that when placing large orders and spending copious amounts of money the last thing you want is an additional delivery fee. Every order over £100 pound qualifies for free delivery (excluding large pallet order deliveries).
Top quality service
Sometimes things don’t always go your way. We recognize that at Christies and offer exchanges or refunds on damaged parcels, broken products or late deliveries. Our customer service team is on hand to help you with any queries. There is also a 30-day return policy.
Warranties
All new professional dryers and blasters we sell are covered by our 12-month collect & return
warranty. UK and Ireland only (Postcode exclusions apply).
All new electric table motors and
hydraulic table pumps are covered by our 12-month warranty.
All new professional clippers are
covered by our 12-month warranty.
All warranty repairs are subject to inspection.
During
warranty period an acceptable level of maintenance is expected.
Normal wear and tear on certain
parts are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
In cases of wear and tear or poor
maintenance, the warranty will be void and the repair will be subject to a charge.
It is the
senders’ responsibility to package these warranty repairs to ensure they are not damaged in
transit.
We advise you to return the Item in its original packaging.
When sending back large
items, which were delivered on a pallet, must be palletised prior to collection.
Refurbished
items are subject to the warranty terms detailed in the product description at time of sale.

Charities and Fundraising
For 2023 we have decided to sponsor a dog for £60/year through a wonderful charity called Support dogs, specifically for those living with autism, epilepsy and other disabilities, who require a support dog
Support dogs receive no government funding to assist in training support dogs for those who need it most. We are delighted to donate to this wonderful charity. We may sponsor another dog or two throughout the year, we will keep you updated on our progress.
An Automated External Defibrillator is a life saving piece of equipment, which will increase a casualty's chances of survival, the sooner that it is placed upon a casualty's chest, and delivers shocks,should someone suffer a cardiac arrest
By Fundraising for the AED, we will be able to support our team members, should an emergency arise, but it will also be placed at our Entrance gates in a secure case, so that members of the local community can make use of it in an emergency
