Safe to use at full strength but also dilutes up to 32:1.

Directions for use: Shake well before using. Wet the coat thoroughly. Starting with the pet's head and neck (avoid the eyes) and working back to the tail, lather well into the coat. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.
