I?m pregnant and actually using this in a warehouse setting. I am on my feet for long periods of time and my lower back was killing me! This stool has made an incredible difference. It gives me instant relief when my lower back gets sore and at the end of the working day, my back is not as sore. I would recommend this to any pregnant woman or anyone suffering from lower back pains and aches! Thinking of getting one for the office too - it would be way better than my office chair while I am doing office work!
