• Effective Date: March 31st, 2021, the following supersedes all prior Terms & Conditions. By participating or continuing to participate after the effective date, you agree to the following:

    Pawsh Perks Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") set out below are important and affect your rights as a Member of the Pawsh Perks Programme ("Programme"). The Terms and Conditions contain some exclusions and limitations of liability.

    1. MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

    These Terms and Conditions set out the contractual relationship among Christies Direct, Pawsh Perks and each individual Member of the Pawsh Perks Programme.

    Pawsh Perks is a subsidiary of Christies Direct and its role in this contract relates primarily to the rewarding of Paw Points and the redemption of Paw Points. As a result, Christies Direct will receive, store and otherwise process and hold Members' Data in connection with administering aspects of the Pawsh Perks Programme as set out in these Terms and Conditions. Christies Direct is a Data Controller under the Data Protection Act.

    In addition to the above, Christies Direct reserves the right to (i) stop the Pawsh Perks Programme and/or Paw Points at any time; (ii) to alter or amend the Terms and Conditions of the operation of the Pawsh Perks Programme and/or Paw Points by publishing notices on our website; and/or (iii) withdraw or cancel the Perks and/or Paw Points (including but not limited to the redemption and issue of such) on reasonable notice to you by letter, email or publishing such notice on our website at www.christiesdirect.com. The Pawsh Perks Programme is valid for UK & Ireland residents only with delivery addresses within the UK & Ireland.

  • 2. DEFINITIONS

    In these Terms and Conditions unless the context requires otherwise:

    Active Member ("Active Member(s)")

    Anyone who has purchased directly from Christies Direct in the last 365 days.

  • Christies Direct Retail Customer ("Retail Customer(s)")

    Anyone who has purchased directly from Christies Direct excluding Christies Direct Retail Plus Customers, Christies Direct Grooming Trade Customers and Christies Direct Global Customers.

  • Christies Direct Retail Plus Customers ("Retail Plus Customer(s)")

    Anyone who is a registered Training School, Dial a Dog Wash, IPDGA customer. Retail Plus Customers can choose to opt in to the Pawsh Perks Programme however they will forgo their Retail Plus discount definitively.

  • Christies Direct Global Customers ("Global Customer(s)")

    Anyone who avails of a trade discount. Global Customers cannot opt in to the Pawsh Perks Programme.

  • Christies Direct Grooming Trade ("Grooming Trade Customer(s)")

    Anyone who is a registered large College or Educational Institution. Grooming Trade Customers cannot opt in to the Pawsh Perks Programme.

  • Pawsh Perks Programme ("Programme")

    Christies Direct’s customer loyalty scheme.

  • Paw Points ("Paw Points")

    Reward points available to earn with every product purchased directly from Christies Direct:

    1. online at christiesdirect.com (including country variations);

    2. by phone;

    3. at shows and exhibitions;

    4. in the Christies Direct Showroom at Pet & Country (applicable products only.

    Third party selling channels and other divisions are excluded. Paw Points never expire for Active Members and you have no limit on the amount you can earn. Paw Points are redeemable on our website and by phone but can only be redeemed on products. Tickets, delivery costs and gift vouchers are excluded. Paw Points are personal to you and cannot be transferred to anybody else. Paw Points may only be redeemed and earned in accordance with these terms.

  • Registered Student ("Registered Student(s)")

    Anyone who is currently enrolled in, or has completed a relevant Dog Grooming course within the last 6 months and has signed up as a Pup Star to our student scheme via our online application and have been approved by our team. Once approved you are a Registered Student (Pup Star) for 365 days. Membership of the student scheme as a Pup Star is limited to once per person. After 365 days you cannot re-enter, and your tier will be assigned based on your points earned during the last 365 days. Registered Students are in Tier 2.

  • Tiers ("Tiers")

    A Paw Points defined level within the hierarchy of Pawsh Perks. Four tiers currently exist within the Pawsh Perks Programme:

    Tier 4: Pack Member - 1 → 999 Paw Points earned in the previous 365 days

    Tier 3: Pampered Pooch - 1000 → 1999 Paw Points earned in the previous 365 days

    Tier 2: Pup Star (Registered Students only) - No minimum Paw Points threshold

    Tier 1: Top Dog - 2000 Paw Points and above earned in the previous 365 days

    Your tier level is defined by your collection of Paw Points in the previous 365 days. Previous Paw Points earned before this do not contribute to your tier level. Redeeming Paw Points does not affect your tier level. Perks associated with each tier level are listed below, please read 4. Perks to find out more about each individual perk as well as their terms and conditions.

  • 3. TIER STATUS

    Earning Tier Status

    Active Members earn their tier status based on their collection of Paw Points in the previous 365 days. Tier thresholds are defined above under 2. Definitions: Tiers. Registered Students will automatically be entered into Tier 2 and maintain this tier for 365 days.

  • Moving to a Higher Tier

    Active Members can earn a higher status (where possible) with continued collection of Paw Points within a rolling 365 day period. An update of tier status will occur within 7 working days via email.

  • Maintaining Your Elite Tier

    As of March 24th 2021, tiers are reached based on the accumulation of points in a rolling 365 day period. Once an Active Member has reached a tier, the Active Member will keep such status for 365 days, or, if their accumulation of points reaches the level of the next tier, their status will ascend to this and will keep their new status for a new 365 day period. The date on which any tier is achieved becomes the member's renewal date, and at the end of the 365 day period their tier status will again be decided by the number of points earned over the preceding 365 days. Active customers in the Pawsh Perks scheme who achieved a tiered status during 2020 will maintain their status until 31st December 2021, which will become their renewal date. Achievement of a higher tier will automatically supersede this. Active customers in the Pawsh Perks scheme who achieve or have already achieved a tiered status in 2021 will fall under the new rules, with their renewal date falling 365 days from the date their new status is achieved.

  • 4. PERKS

    Perks are only available for Retail Customers. All Perks are subject to change and availability at any time.

  • Earn Paw Points with every purchase

    Applicable to all Active Members, Retail Customers and Registered Students.

    All Active Members, Retail Customers and Registered Students will earn Paw Points with every product purchased directly from Christies Direct. Third party selling channels and other divisions are excluded. Paw Points never expire for Active Members (Paw Points automatically expire on inactive accounts, expiry occurs 18 months from the date of last purchase) and you have no limit on the amount you can earn. Paw Points can be redeemed online or via the phone with our customer Care Team. Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm GMT.

  • Bonus Paw Points Promotions

    Applicable to all Active Members and Registered Students.

    Products included in each selected Paw Points promotion will have their current Paw Points value adjusted within a set amount of time. Those to whom this promotion applies will be notified via email. Christies Direct will not be held responsible for late, missed, or delayed email receipt.

  • Access to Limited Edition Products

    Applicable to all Active Members who have earned Pampered Pooch (Tier 3) or Top Dog (Tier 1) status and Registered Students (Tier 2).

    A range of limited-edition products will be available to purchase throughout the year for Active Members in Tier 3, 2, and 1. Those to whom this applies will be notified via email. Christies Direct will not be held responsible for late, missed or delayed email receipt.

  • 24 Hour Early Access to our biggest sales

    Applicable to all Active Members who have earned Pampered Pooch (Tier 3) or Top Dog (Tier 1) status and Registered Students (Tier 2).

    24 Hour Early Access will be granted to Active Members in Tier 3, 2, and 1 for selected sales throughout the calendar year. Those to whom this applies will be notified via email. Christies Direct will not be held responsible for late, missed or delayed email receipt.

  • Discount on all orders

    Applicable to all Active Members who have earned Pampered Pooch (Tier 3) or Top Dog (Tier 1) status and Registered Students (Tier 2).

    Active Members who have achieved Tier 3 will receive a 5% discount off every order placed directly with Christies Direct. Active Members who have achieved Tier 1 will receive a 10% discount off every order placed directly with Christies Direct. Registered Students who are automatically entered into Tier 2 will receive a 10% discount off every order placed directly with Christies Direct. Discount can only be availed of by the account owner. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with certain promotions or coupon codes. Tickets, delivery costs, and gift vouchers are excluded. Discount cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.

  • Free Gift every month

    Applicable to all Active Members who have earned Top Dog (Tier 1) status or Registered Students (Tier 2).

    One choice of free gift worth at least £20 RRP will be available for selection every month when an order is placed by those eligible. The coupon code required to select the free gift at checkout on our website will be emailed to those who are eligible at the start of every month. This perk is limited to one free gift per month per Active Member in Tier 1 or Registered Students and will be sent with the order in which it was selected. There is a minimum order value (after discount) of £20 for Top Dogs and £100 for Registered Students (Pup Stars) to receive the free gift. If those eligible don’t order during a calendar month they will not receive their free gift. The free gift cannot be returned, exchanged or substituted for any other item, cash or credit. Free gift options are available while stock lasts, choice of free gift is not guaranteed. Where an order or item which qualified for a free gift with purchase is returned, the transaction can only be refunded if the gift is also returned with the purchased item in its original condition and packaging. Any abuse of the free gifts or any perk will lead to the removal of the member from the scheme at the discretion of Christies Direct.

  • Quarterly Prize Draw

    Applicable to all Active Members who have earned Top Dog (Tier 1) status only. Active Members must have shopped in the specified time period for each draw.

    The quarterly prize draw will take place at Christies Direct HQ for those to whom this applies. A winner will be selected at random every quarter.

  • Extended Returns Period

    Applicable to all Active Members who have earned Top Dog (Tier 1) status only.

  • Top Dog Spotlight

    Applicable to all Active Members who have earned Top Dog (Tier 1) status only.

    Each month one Top Dog customer will be selected at random to feature in Christies Direct's 'Top Dog Spotlight' via the Christies Direct blog and/or social media channel or channels at Christies Direct's choosing. Those to whom this applies will be notified via email. Christies Direct will not be held responsible for late, missed or delayed email receipt.

    How do I become an Active Member of Pawsh Perks?

    You are an active Pawsh Perks Member if you have purchased directly from Christies Direct in the previous 365 days or are a Registered Student. Active Members must re-qualify for tier status every 365 days. Our Pawsh Perks scheme is only open to UK and Ireland but all customers can collect Paw Points.

  • How many Paw Points do I need to reach a tier?

    - Tier 1 / Top Dog / Earn 2000 Paw Points and above in the previous 365 days

    - Tier 2 / Pup Star / Registered Students

    - Tier 3 / Pampered Pooch / Earn 1000-1999 Paw Points in the previous 365 days

    - Tier 4 / Pack Member / All Active Members

  • What is the time limit to earn Paw Points to be entered into a tier?

  • I have earned enough Paw Points now to reach a higher tier, do I have to wait a full year to be upgraded?

    No as soon as your Paw Points qualify you for a tier upgrade you will automatically be moved to the new tier and receive a confirmation by email (within 7 working days) using the email address held on your account. The date of your acquisition of this new tier will automatically become your renewal date next year.

  • What happens if I don't earn enough Paw Points to stay in my current tier by the end of my initial 365 day period?

    At the end of your first 365 days, you will automatically be placed in the tier as decided by the preceding 365 day period. If you didn’t earn enough Paw Points to stay in your current tier you will automatically be entered into the lower tier. You can re-earn your Pampered Pooch or Top Dog Status by earning the required number of points within the previous 365 days.

  • Can I earn Paw Points on all my purchases?

    Yes, you will earn Paw Points on all purchases made directly with Christies Direct excluding tickets, delivery costs and gift vouchers. You will not earn Paw Points on purchases you pay for using your Paw Points balance.

  • How many Paw Points do I get?

    Paw Points vary by product, there is no set monetary ratio for all products.

  • How can I keep track of how many Paw Points I have earned?

    Your total Paw Points Balance, Tier status and Points earned this year will be available on the bottom of every invoice you receive and at the top of all emails from Christies Direct. You can also contact our Customer Care team to find out.

  • How long do my Paw Points last?

    Paw Points never expire for Active Members and you have no limit on the amount you can earn (Paw Points automatically expire on inactive accounts, expiry occurs 18 months from the date of last purchase).

  • How do I redeem my Paw Points?

    Paw Points cannot be used for part payment of a product, they will have to cover the full selling price to be redeemed.

    For example, to get a 100ml Groom Professional Baby Fresh cologne with your Paw Points you must have at least 146 points. You cannot use your points to part pay the cost for the cologne.
