Santa, the best warehouse worker ever and amazing deals – sounds like a dream, right? This Christmas, Christies has decided to share some holiday magic through the 12 Days of Christies. And where did it start? With our warehouse manager Neil, Santa, and amazing deals, of course!
The 12 Days of Christies – The Advert
Would it really be Christmas time without a cute and wholesome advert to get you in the Christmas spirit? It’s well known that companies such as John Lewis and Sainsbury’s knock it out of the park when it comes to spreading Christmas cheer. Now there’s a new player in the game: The Christies Direct 2021 Christmas Advert.
Follow the best boy, our Warehouse Manager Neil as he gets your orders ready for Christmas. He is greeted by a very important delivery driver, to ensure your boxes get to you for Christmas. With deals, dogs and some magic from Santa, this video is sure to make you feel warm and fuzzy inside.

The Concept
Our initial idea with the advert was to show our customers that their orders will be delivered quickly and on time, to spread some Christmas cheer through our amazing star, Ollie the Golden Retriever and to give our customers some joy during the Christmas rush. This then developed into our 12 Days of Christies, inspired by the poem “Twas’ the Night Before Christmas” and the iconic Christmas carol, “The Twelve Days of Christmas”. We wanted to show how hard our team were working to get your orders to you and added the lovely Ollie as our star and George, our Santa, to create some Christmas magic.
With this advert, we wanted you to know that as customers, we value your loyalty and support with every order that comes in, ensuring that you receive amazing customer service and fast delivery in return. But it got us thinking, how could we spread Christmas cheer even more?
The 12 Days of Christies – The Deals
Well, the answer was simple- we needed to give back to our customers! That’s why, this year we are launching the 12 Deals of Christies.
From the 14th to the 25th of December, we are offering one amazing deal per day!
From brushes, to shampoos, to blasters and dryers, each day will offer you something different to boost your Christmas mood. The offers include free products, discounts, and points bonuses, which are not to be missed. So, how does it work?
Check our social media feeds and our webpage every day, where each deal will be revealed on that day. Simply shop the deal, and get those savings, to make your seasonal spending that little bit less. These deals will feature some of our favourite dog grooming products from some of the new brands that we stock, as well as some of our classic favourite and salon essentials that every groomer needs in their salons. No codes will be needed throughout the process, and all savings and deals will be automatically in your basket.
